Article 24: Smoothing and fitting the panels

August was a busy month. We were finally able to fit our swisspanels (the steel sheets) onto which we fix the solar panels. So far, almost all of our 32 panels are in place; only 4 remain to be fitted next Friday. It takes a bit of time, but it is not too difficult.

At the same time, we are continuing to apply the lime plaster. This week was a big one: we tackled the “body coat” from Wednesday to Saturday. It is the substantial layer that fills the gaps and gives the basic texture. We still have next week to finish this layer before starting on the finish.
